2.2 The order form contains a reference to the Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy, and a summary of information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the means of payment you can use to purchase each product, and the delivery methods for the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal, and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.<\/p>\n

2.3 The contract is concluded at the time of the electronic order confirmation by the Seller.<\/p>\n

2.4 Before proceeding with the purchase of products by transmitting the order form, you will be asked to read the Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy carefully, to print a copy, and to save or reproduce a copy for your personal use.<\/p>\n

2.13 You have the right to cancel an order within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. The Seller will refund the full price paid within fourteen (14) days of receiving the cancellation request. <\/p>\n

2.14 The language used for the execution of contracts with the seller may be Italian and English.<\/p>\n

3. GUARANTEES AND INDICATION OF PRODUCT PRICES<\/b><\/p>\n

3.1 On alessandrolucianicasa.com, only products marked with the \u201cAlessandro Luciani Casa\u201d brand are offered for sale.<\/p>\n

3.2 The essential characteristics of the products are presented on alessandrolucianicasa.com within each product sheet. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on alessandrolucianicasa.com might, however, not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used. <\/p>\n

3.3 Product prices may be subject to updates. Ensure the final sale price before submitting the relative order form. <\/p>\n

3.4 Purchase requests from countries other than the one selected for shipping or to addresses where the Seller cannot ship cannot be accepted by the Seller.<\/p>\n

3.5 All packaging and any seals on the products constitute an integral part of the product.<\/p>\n

3.6 All Products sold by alessandrolucianicasa.com will be delivered in their original packaging. When you try the products, you must not damage the original packaging of the purchased products if you wish to return the purchased product. <\/p>\n

3.7 As a Customer, you are entitled to various legal guarantees, including the guarantee that the products supplied conform to your contract with us. In particular, should a product sold by the Seller present manufacturing defects or in any case lack of conformity, you must immediately contact our Customer Care service via email at service@alessandrolucianicasa.it<\/a>. <\/p>\n

<\/span>3.8 All products sold by the Seller are covered by a guarantee for lack of conformity, as provided by applicable law, 24 months in Europe. The user must inform the Seller of the existence of such lack of conformity within two (2) months from the day they discovered the lack of conformity. You have the right to obtain the restoration of the products’ conformity, free of charge, by repair or replacement (provided that you have the right to choose whether to have the product repaired or replaced within the limits provided by law), or, in case of failure to exhaust one of the remedies mentioned above (pursuant to applicable law), to obtain an appropriate reduction in the price of the products or the termination of the contract. In any case, actions aimed at asserting a lack of conformity not maliciously concealed by the Seller will automatically expire after 26 (twenty-six) months from the delivery of the products. <\/p>\n

3.9 In the event that you have requested to repair or replace the product due to a lack of conformity, the delivery costs for returning the product to be repaired or replaced will be borne by the Seller, as will all costs relating to the delivery of the repaired or replaced product.<\/p>\n

4. Payments<\/b><\/p>\n

4.1 For the payment of the price of the products and the relative shipping and delivery costs, you may follow one of the methods indicated in the order form.<\/p>\n

4.2 In case of payment by Credit\/Debit Card, our payment system ensures secure transactions. Such financial information will not be used by Italian Design Excellence srl, except for procedures relating to your purchase or to issue refunds in case of returns in accordance with the exercise of your right of return or to report fraud cases to the authorities. The price for the purchase of the products and the corresponding shipping and delivery costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account at the time of order confirmation. <\/p>\n

4.3 In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be confirmed once the Seller has received the valid credit of funds.<\/p>\n

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS<\/b><\/p>\n

The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by you in the order.<\/p>\n

5.1 For each order, the Seller will invoice the products purchased through the www.alessandrolucianicasa.com site to you, pursuant to applicable laws and regulations. The receipt and\/or invoice will be based on the information provided by the user at the time of the order. No modification to the receipt\/invoice is possible after the receipt\/invoice has been issued. <\/p>\n

5.2 Shipping costs are at your expense and are indicated separately in the order form and in the invoice, unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n

International Shipping and Export Costs:<\/b><\/p>\n

Orders delivered outside the EU, the UK, the USA, or Canada may be subject to import taxes. Please note that orders shipped to Norway may also incur import taxes.
\nAs soon as the items arrive at their destination, the competent customs office will determine the import VAT, customs duties, and handling costs.
\nIn these cases, you will be fully responsible for the payment of all applicable import charges directly to the competent authority (and for any refund request in case of cancellation or return of the Products, within the limits permitted by these General Terms and Conditions). <\/p>\n

Neither Italian Design Excellence srl <\/span>nor the logistics partner will have any responsibility in this regard.
\nThe Seller’s shipping partners may enter into a contract with a local authorized customs agent in the destination country. Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions serves as authorization for the customs agent to act as your representative to: 1) carry out operations with the competent local authority, 2) <\/span>complete, present, and execute documents relating to the import of the Products, 3) facilitate the payment of applicable duties, and 4) if necessary, return such Products to us (according to these General Terms and Conditions). However, in case of return of the Product, you (and not the Seller nor the logistics partner) will be solely responsible for the request for refund of such charges from the competent tax authorities.
\nFurthermore, if you do not pay the import charges without justified reason and the responsibility falls on Italian Design Excellence srl, our logistics partners, or the courier, the amount of the charges may be deducted from any refunds or amounts due to you, within the limits of applicable law.
\nIf you do not pay the charges or refuse the Products in a manner not conforming to the prescribed return procedure (including failure to provide the required customs documentation), you may have to bear the costs of redelivery and you may not be refunded for shipping costs. We may also charge you additional direct or indirect costs, within the limits of the law.
\nFor orders shipped to the United States, import duties are partially borne by the customer. The estimated amount will be calculated and shown at checkout and will be borne by the final customer. Furthermore, according to local regulations, Italian Design Excellence srl collects sales tax in some states. In such cases, import duties will be calculated and added to (or included in) the final price. Such duties are only estimates and the actual amount determined by the authorities may differ. In such case, Italian Design Excellence srl reserves the right to request payment of the difference before delivery.

5.3 The purchased product will be delivered by a courier selected by the Seller (hereinafter, “Courier”); the purchased products will be delivered on working days (thus excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and local or national holidays) within the term indicated during the checkout procedure. In case of failure to indicate a specific delivery term, this will occur within thirty (30) days from the day following the one on which the order was confirmed.<\/p>\n

5.4 Delivery is considered completed at the moment the Product is made available to the Customer at the address indicated in the order form.<\/p>\n

5.5 At the time of delivery of the purchased products by the Courier, you (or your representative) are required to check: 1) that the number of items delivered corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note; and that the packaging and its seals are intact, not damaged, not wet, or altered in any way.<\/p>\n

5.6 Any damage to the packaging and\/or the product, or discrepancy in the number of items or in the documentation, must be immediately indicated in writing on the Courier’s delivery note. Once the Courier’s document has been signed without any dispute being written, you will not be able to raise any dispute regarding the external characteristics of the delivered package. <\/p>\n

You must check as soon as possible if the products received are incorrect (i.e., all or part of the delivered goods do not correspond to what was ordered) and\/or incomplete (i.e., the content does not include part of the ordered goods, for example, a plate is missing or broke during transport). Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 4 above, we kindly ask you to report any discrepancies found within 2 working days of receiving your order. <\/p>\n

Failure to communicate within 2 working days of receiving the order will be equivalent to its full acceptance.<\/p>\n

Every communication must contain evidence of such discrepancies.<\/p>\n

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/b><\/p>\n

7.1 If you are a consumer customer, you may withdraw from the contract concluded with the seller in relation to the products purchased from alessandrolucianicasa.com, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, by giving written notice by email to the seller within fourteen (14) calendar days, starting from the day you receive the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price of the products in accordance with this clause. It is not possible, however, to replace a chosen item with another. <\/p>\n

7.2 You must return the products to the Seller within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you communicate your intention to return to the Seller, in the same conditions in which you received them and at your own expense. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. <\/p>\n

7.3 To return the products, you must notify us in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days, starting from the day you receive the products (or for purchases of multiple products, the day you received the last product) by contacting our Customer Care Service: service@alessandrolucianicasa.it<\/a>. You must keep proof of the notification of the withdrawal communication;<\/p>\n

1) The products must not have been used or damaged;<\/p>\n

2) The Products must be returned in their original packaging, which is an integral part of the Products. You must return the Products using a carrier of your choice and at your own expense, within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal communication. The costs and risks associated with the return of the Products are borne by the Customer; <\/p>\n

3) The products must be returned to the Seller within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw to us.<\/p>\n

7.4 In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Seller will refund the Customer the full amount paid for the returned Products, including any shipping costs, within 14 days from the date the withdrawal communication was received. The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until receipt of the goods and after verification of their integrity. The Seller will carry out the refund using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.<\/p>\n

7.5 The Seller will refund the price of the product in full. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products, provided that the reason for the return is not due to an error on our part or because the item is faulty or defective. You may be held responsible, and we may deduct from any refund due to you, for the decrease in value of the returned products resulting from handling the products in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. 7.6 You must return the products to the Seller by packing the products securely and sending them, at your own risk and expense, to the Seller using the return number (as provided via the Return Form). You must share the shipment tracking number with us. <\/p>\n

1) The right applies to a Product purchased in its entirety; therefore, if the Product is composed of multiple components or parts, the withdrawal cannot be exercised on only a part of the purchased Product.<\/p>\n
